Welcome to Tér Design Studio, where luxury meets harmony in the world of bespoke interior design and fit out solutions. With an illustrious history spanning two decades, our journey began as an interior design company in Sharjah. Evolving with the times and fueled by a passion for redefining luxury, we embarked on a transformative rebranding journey, establishing our roots in Dubai.

Founder & Creative Director
Jude Alsham Ayoubi, founder and CEO of Tér Design Studio, discovered her passion for architecture and interior design during seven years in Budapest. Immersed in the city’s cultural layers, from historic courtyards to vibrant squares, she gained a deep appreciation for spaces that unite people. Inspired, she named her studio “Tér,” symbolizing openness and presence. Tér Design Studio embodies her belief that design sparks emotion and creates belonging. Her vision makes interiors alive, warm, and human.

Every project moves through one connected studio—from creative direction and technical development to workshop production, site coordination and final installation.
DETAIL
Drawings, finishes and bespoke elements are resolved before they move into production and site execution.
MAKE
Joinery and custom elements are developed with the Ras Al Khor workshop, keeping design decisions close to the people making them.
DELIVER
The studio, workshop and site teams coordinate installation and final detailing through to handover.
